Q. What is the size of the pants for the suits?
A. Our suits come as standard with 5'' drop for the pants. For bigger sizes 48 and up, the pants are 4'' drop. For example size 42 suit , comes with 36 pants.

Q. What if I need different size pants?
A. Unfortunately we can't mix and switch the pants. You can tailor the pants to 2 size smaller, or let it out to make it 2 size bigger.

Q. I bought a suit, but it does not fit me. How can I send it back for exchange?
A. No problem. simply send it back, and we will exchange it for you. See our return policy for more information.

Q. What is the status of my order ?
A. Once the order is shipped, tracking number will gets emailed to you automatically.

Q. What is the difference between REGULAR FIT, or MODERN FIT, or SLIM FIT ?
A. As it sounds, Regular fit is regular fit. Some call it Classic fit. Slim fit is Slim fit as it sounds. Modern fit is between Regular and Slim. Modern fit or Tailored fit is same.

Q. Can I get my money back if I don't like the suit and I return it?
A. No. Per our return policy, we offer store credit or exchange only.

Q. Can I get a return label if I want to send something back or exchange?
A. No. you have to send the item back. We don't provide return label. Basically you pay for the shipping to send the item back, and we pay for the shipping to send you the exchange.

Q. What is the status of my return?
A. Since you are the one sending the item back and you have the tracking , first make sure the item is received by us.
All returns and exchanges can take about a week to be processed.
If you asked for exchange, we follow the note or the form ( provided in our return page), you have included the package and we send you the exchange. The tracking number for the exchange package can be emailed to you upon your request. This is not automated.
If you asked for store credit, please note. For some reason store credit function in the website does not work. But for sure we have it and calculated manually in our file. At some point you can just email us what you want to purchase and use your store credit. Just email us. Basically this is just like an exchange with extra time. If the new item you want to purchase, is less or more than the store credit, we calculate it manually and we process it upon communication.

Q. How can I measure myself? How do I know what size I am ?
A. In order for you to find out your size, all you need to know is your chest, your waist and your height.
- Measure your chest. Have your arm down and relax.
- Measure your waist. Do not hold your breath, or do not puff your stomach. It is almost the normal size pants you always wear. It can be different than jean pants.
